ABOUT
I am an Italian multidisciplinary artist based in Brighton/London, with a practice rooted in photography and a growing focus on teaching. Currently pursuing an MA in Visual Communication at the Royal College of Art, my work explores the female figure as a central motif—primarily through self-portraiture—as a way to investigate agency, gaze, and embodiment.
Through this approach, I create a dialogue between the body and space, using the camera not only as a tool of documentation but as a medium for critical reflection. My artistic research engages with the complexities of the contemporary gaze, particularly how the female body functions both as subject and object of vision—evoking desire, introspection, and critique.
Beyond my studio practice, I am deeply invested in education and community engagement. I have delivered guest lectures at the University of Brighton, run art workshops across the local community, and co-founded the Brighton Arts Social Club, where I lead weekly sessions aimed at fostering inclusive creative spaces.
My areas of expertise include visual communication, photography, reprographics, and teaching. My work has been featured in The Other Art Fair, Aesthetica Magazine, and Oxmarket Contemporary Gallery, among others.
